Was more than happy with my prom dress. The dress came out absolutely fantastic after taking some time with Tina to make adjustments to my liking. She kindly answered every question I had. She ensured me the dress would arrive just in time for the prom. I love my dress and it went with my prom theme. Very pleased with the color chosen and the sheen of the fabric. The workmanship is great. I am very pleased with DesignFormal and plan to work on another custom dress with them in the future.

I browsed designformal website and checked their refund policy before placing order. Oh my god, it took me a very long time to select the best dress which I would wear for prom from their beautiful dresses. Then made payment, prayed and waited nervously but excitedly.
About 4 weeks later, I received the parcel. It even exceeded my expectations. It is absolutely amazing. The color is so pretty. Fortunately, it fits just right and the length is perfect as well, just like made especially for me, Hahaha...Thank you for all of your efforts and rushing order for me. 100% recommend....

I was so nervous about ordering a custom made dress online. After communicating with them and checking refund policy, I went to a local tailor for measurements. The dress fit perfectly, and even my tailor was impressed.
The only suggestion I'd make to DesignFormal is to have customers choose how the garment will be delivered. I would have paid more for the manner of shipping, i.e. in a box.
